Crisis in Zimbabwe

The Crisis in Zimbabwe is growing worse.

Please join with Campus Crusade for Christ right now to rush lifesaving emergency food and other supplies to innocent children in Zimbabwe.

The children of Zimbabwe face starvation as food supplies dwindle and skyrocketing inflation drives up the cost of whatever food is available. It's shocking because this nation was once Africa's breadbasket.

Yet today, because of changing weather patterns, floods, droughts and political turmoil, more than 1 in 3 girls and boys in Zimbabwe now face starvation. 5.1 million people are literally running out of food.

Thousands die every day. Loving mothers stand by, watching helplessly as their frail children struggle for life. Their precious babies die. Their already broken hearts dissolve in grief. What needless tragedy.

Rural villages are hardest hit. Desperate families scrounge for any edible vegetation. Many are just waiting to die.

Compounding the tragedy, a cholera outbreak has killed at least 4,000 people due to the lack of fresh water and sanitation facilities.

We've prepared a brief video that dramatically shows just how urgent the crisis is.

The situation is desperate. But there's still hope.

Shipments of donated emergency food and other vital supplies are being collected. In the coming weeks we'll send more than 20 overseas shipping containers full of this emergency relief.

But we need your help to ship this cargo to the precious people who need it most.

Because this aid is donated, every $10 you send will help ship $100 in lifesaving food and emergency supplies. That's like multiplying your gift 10 TIMES!

Your $21 gift will deliver $210 in emergency food to desperate children, in the name of Jesus.

Your $42 gift will deliver $420 in emergency food to stop the needless suffering and dying.

Whatever you can give now will be greatly appreciated. Please help today, while there's still hope for these suffering children.

Thank you!
